Interact is a youth-led non-profit organisation that brings together people from all faiths, beliefs and cultural backgrounds. Our aim is to build a cohesive society where diversity is valued and celebrated. We achieve this by creating opportunities for face-to-face dialogue through side-by-side action, building respect and understanding through interaction. Based in London, we run skills-based learning projects in the arts, media, politics and the environment on a local, national and international level. Our projects provide a platform for young individuals to engage with the wider community and encourage active and responsible citizenship.
Given today’s diverse social landscape, it is vital that communities find ways to communicate effectively and work well together, for the common good. We focus on common passions to foster dialogue and share knowledge, building understanding and respect of different traditions and practices through shared experience. We provide mentoring opportunities from experts pertaining to various fields (arts, media, politics) and work to reach those from disadvantaged communities, in order to enhance skill development. A significant part of our projects aim at overcoming differences by uniting people over the common mission of fighting climate change.
Interact-uk was formely a youth led organisation that published magazines. Directed towards multifaith activities and community work the organisation run its course. The new owners of interact-uk.org.uk decided to start an exiting new project called the consumer connect program. It is the only project that is now in service within the website and seeks to be a helpful customer service telecoms directory. Interact-uk now connects consumers to the most popular companies in the UK. We use the affordable 0843 range which costs 7p per minute plus a potential access charge from some network providers. Much of the information we provide can be found for free in the public domain, but we have done all the ground work saving time for our happy customers. We are not associated or affiliated for that matter to any of the companies or government agencies that our found within the website, including the former website owners of interact-uk.org.uk.
Occasionally contact with company staff can even then only be made after initial email queries or by submitting vague and often unreliable “contact us” forms. Unfortunately, this adds insult to injury as consumers with genuine issues struggle to find someone to provide them with the help they need. With the demanding and busy lives we live today, many consumers are put-off by this inevitable waste of their time and will delay seeking the help they need and deserve.
Interact is a call connection service that helps connect consumers to businesses.
This is a call routing / call connection service and the company’s official phone numbers can be found for free in the public domain. We are not associated with any company or agency listed on our website while trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners.
Why do companies design their websites, apps and print material in a way that deters customers from contacting them via telephone? Companies do this to lighten their call-load and encourage (or frustrate) consumers into finding answers to their questions, and solutions to their problems, online or via email. This is all in an attempt to reduce company costs over the long term by cutting down on the number of staff managing queries directly with consumers over the telephone.
We hope to make it easier and less frustrating for customers who have a preference or a genuine need to speak to a real staff member. We hope to help those individuals who would prefer their problems solved immediately, rather than trawl through a list of FAQs or be kept waiting in suspense for email responses to their important and immediate questions. This website will help consumers find the help they need, when they need it, and at a time that suits them.
