The order and collect option allows you to guarantee that you get the item you’re looking for. You can either order something that your local Currys has in store and come to collect it, ensuring it’s not sold out, or if it isn’t in stock, simply place the order and have it delivered.
Currys now offers to take your old, large appliances away for recycling. If they deliver, they will take the old ones away provided they’re empty and unplugged.

Where is my delivery?
When you made the purchase, you would have received a confirmation email with a reference number on it. Please keep that number when tracking an item – either online or over the phone.
Can I change the delivery date of goods?
Yes. Please call the contact centre to arrange a change in delivery or installation. If the goods are smaller and from a third party courier, you will need to arrange the changes with them.
How do I make a return?
Items can be returned in store, online (if purchased online) or over the phone.
I have a faulty product, what do I do?
Return the faulty product with your proof of purchase (receipt) to any Currys or PC World store where staff will check the product and swap it for you for a new, working model.
For large items, arrange this over the phone where the Currys’ drivers will come to collect the item(s).
Items purchased online are able to be return online, just follow the instructions on screen.

Currys take pride in their delivery and installation service. This service is available seven days a week across the United Kingdom. The delivery and installation team will deliver, install the new item (such as dishwashers, washing machines, fridges, cookers, integrated appliances, etc), disconnect the old goods and remove them for recycling and take away the packaging. This is available all week and at a time that is convenient for you.
