How and when do I check in?
You can check in up to 30 days before your flight and 2 hours before departure for customers who purchased seats; and 7 days before your flight and until 2 hours before your flight for customers who didn’t buy seats.
Can I change my ticket?
You can give the customer care line a call to change details on your ticket such as name, route and dates. You can do this up to 4 hours before departure.
When do I check my baggage in?
Checking in your baggage early is highly recommended. The Bag Drop desk(s) open 2 hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.
What do I do If I have lost my boarding pass?
You still have up until 2 hours before departure to print your boarding pass again.
When does the boarding gate close?
The boarding gate opens at least 30 minutes before departure and closes 20 minutes before departure, so it’s open for 10 minutes. Once in, the space for 90 cabin bags will be filled and the rest will be stored in the plane storage fuselage, free of charge.
What documents will I need to bring with me?
All flights require a positive photo ID. International flights will all require a passport when you travel. Remember to check if you need a visa for the country that you’re visiting.
Can I cancel my flight?
You can change details on your ticket, such as names, times, routes, etc.. but you won’t ever be able to cancel a flight completely. If you do miss your flight, you can still use the return ticket.
There are several charges in place when booking a flight and Ryanair won’t refund your flight because they won’t cancel it, however, you can attempt to claim your taxes back from the British Government.
How do I arrange special assistance?
You can arrange that with the Ryanair customer care staff before the flight and have what you need waiting for you when arrive at the airport, Once you show your boarding pass to the staff at the Special Assistance desk. Make sure you do this as soon as you can.. anytime up until 2 hours before the flight.
