Where is my order?
You can track your order online or give the customer service team a call. To track online, simply go to the website and log in with your details, navigate to “My Account” and under “Account Options”, choose “Order Tracking”.
From here all recent orders will be displayed with their relative tracking information.
When an item is dispatched from the courier, you will be sent an email with the courier’s tracking details and you can monitor your item(s) from there.
The delivery points are:
- Order generated – When the order was processed the first time.
- Receipt at Depot – When the courier received the order
- Processed at Depot – When a driver received the consignment
- Out for Delivery – When the vehicle left the depot
- Signature from Customer – When the parcel was signed for
- Delivered to – The delivery place
- Courier to re-attempt – Delivery failure, will retry
- Delivered to Secure Location – Left in a safe place
You can also have items delivered to a Next store.
What is my Customer Number?
All communication with Next including statements or delivery notes, will contain your Customer Number. It contains two letters followed by six numbers.
If you are logging onto your account online, you won’t need this as an email address and password will be sufficient.
