How do I return an item?
You have a legal right to return an item within a 14 day specified period. The item must be unused and in it’s original packaging. You then need to contact the merchant – their contact details are on your Groupon voucher. Remember to get a proof of postage when you return an item and once the merchant has confirmed delivery, the refund will be issued.
Where is my order?
Please check that the item delivery date estimate has expired before you call to enquire about a no-show. The orders are usually easily trackable and customer services will be able to assist you in locating these and having them delivered as soon as possible.
How do I use my Groupon voucher?
You can either print your voucher from your account online – or alternatively you can access and use it from the mobile app.
