What if there’s no one there to accept delivery?

The driver will leave a delivery notice that will have information on when the next day delivery attempt will be made. If this is not convenient, please let them know as soon as possible so they can rearrange delivery.

How does FedEx get my item for delivery to a third party?

There are two options here. You can drop it off at one of the FedEx drop-off locations or alternatively you can arrange for a courier to pick it up.

What do I need to ship an item?

You should have the parcel dimensions and weight and it should be securely packaged. If you need packaging supplies, FedEx can provide these – just contact customer care and place your order. They will usually arrive within 3 – 5 business days.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

Please allow for the item to be entered into the system before attempting to track it online. If it still isn’t working, please try again and also attempt to track your item by reference instead or tracking number. Alternatively, give them a call and they will trace it for you.
