The Automobile Association (AA) is a UK motoring company established on 1905 that was demutualized in 1999 to become a private limited company that presently offers car insurances, breakdown cover, loans, driving lessons,motoring advice and other services. Right after the demutualization, AA Motoring Trust was formed in 2002 to continue its public interest and road safety activities.
