What is a returns authorisation number?
This is the number that is needed to process your return. You can log onto your Topshop account online, follow these steps to get an authorised return:
- Go to your account, click on “My orders”
- Click on “Request a return”
- Find the item you want to return and click the link that says “Create return”
- Click “Create return” at the bottom of the page
- Check all the details are correct and click Create return” again to confirm
You return is then approved – the returns authorisation number will now be shown
Where can I find a returns label if I lost mine?
The returns labels are included with your delivery, however, if you need a new returns label – you can download and print one from the Topshop website or return the item to any Topshop store in the United Kingdom.
Where is my order?
To track your order, you need the tracking number that was included in the confirmation email that was sent to you when you placed your order.
Go to your account online and under “My orders” click “Track my order” and enter your tracking number when asked.
I didn’t receive my E-receipt, help please?
If you asked for an E-receipt in store and have yet to get it, log onto your account and request online or call the sales and service team. There will be “short code” that was included when you ordered your item, you will need this as it serves as your proof of purchase.
Do I get any benefits if I’m a student?
Yes! Students get a 10% discount off any items in store. Simply present your items and your student ID at the checkout and you will get your refund. If any of the staff suspect that your ID is fraudulent, they reserve the right to refuse service or refuse the discount.
