How do I change my delivery address?

You can collect your parcel from over 2500 collection point shops around the country. In order to collect, you will need two forms of I.D – a photo I.D and another with your address on – like a utility bill or bank statement.

If you want to change the address, contact the person or company that shipped the item, they need to make the change for their records as well as DPD’s.
